Everything is either 5 stars or 1 star. Here’s a more balanced look (IMO): Great - The owner came in on his one day off to open the store to allow me to buy his only floor model Kamado Joe Classic III. Good - The store was clean, the owner helped me load it into my truck, and the price was what we’d agreed on in advance. Suggestion: Every Friday have a BBQ outside for employees and customers.

We bought a free standing gas fireplace last month from Thompson's Home and Hearth and had such a good experience from start to finish. We had some problems with the installation (not done by Thompsons!) and Guy talked us through everything. He was always available to help us and we so appreciated it!
