I normally have wonderful service here. I understand that this is an insane time of year, but after 4 days of waiting on hold for long periods of time I was finally told that they were out of the materials to make my order. But the way I was treated was really disheartening. I updated my phone number with them 3 different times and they still called my old phone number. I'm not one to post negative reviews but its just a sad situation and I really hope the woman who I spoke with was just having a bad day and doesn't normally treat people how she treated me. I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I used to really love this place. :(
