We purchased a new home in May and one of our first projects was to replace our windows. Petr came to our home and was more of a consultant rather than a salesperson. He advised us on which windows needed replaced, but also told us what windows would just need new glass rather than a new window. Petr made us feel very comfortable in making this purchase and we never felt pressured. During the installation, the installers were here first thing in the morning ready to work. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The windows came out amazing. They were even courteous enough to replace a tool for me that they borrowed even though I told them they didn't need to. We would recommend Window Fellas to anyone shopping for new windows. They are going to have my business going forward for any of my window and door needs.

This company car was driving in an incredibly unsafe manner on the Issaquah Fall City road today. They made very unsafe lane change maneuvers at high speeds. I would never use a company that showed such disrespect and disregard for the safety of others.

Replacing windows had always been a nightmare. Who can you trust? I found Window Fellas and the process was really great. It started with Petr's presentation and then his attention to detail on every window to be replaced. We did nineteen windows including a garden window and some odd shaped ones (triangles that are high near the ceiling). This is an older home and not everything is standard even though first appearance says it is. Andy and Mike arrived, surveyed the house, and started installation. Those two are outstanding craftsmen. They listened to my future \Honey Do Projects\ like refinishing the sills and new molding and made it easier. (Don't tell my wife.) If they found a problem they also had a solution. As a former Production Manager building custom boats, I admired their attention to details. We are extremely happy with the results and even our neighbors have commented on how good they look. Thanks guys.
