The experience was OK. The on-line ability to reserve a unit would not work if I did NOT want the insurance protection. So I had to elect it and then get a refund later (it was only a partial refund, short of 5). Otherwise, the process was good and Mike was very helpful.
Registration process was smooth. Recieved first month promotion rate. Very transparent process. Satisfied with storage and customer service. Highly recommended.
