I have a Samsung galaxy seven edge and I had water damage to my phone but needed to do data recovery on it to get all my pictures off of it. I called 10 to 15 different places and a lot of people didn’t want to do the job or they were charging me for the sentimental value of what I needed done rather than the job it’s self. I had one guy tried to charge me 600. I finally came across the company called IT group solutions who charges me less then half of that. The lady who handles the front desk and the phone is so polite and is really helpful. They were able to get the job done within just a couple of days and were honest and grateful for my business. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who has any kind of phone repair needed.

I came to replace the glass on my iPhone and I was EXCEPTIONALLY impressed by how they treated me, very welcoming, and also offering me a new customer discount (-10) AND a (-10) coupon for choosing them. I was very satisfied with the end result, it's like I had a brand new functioning phone, and they offer a 14 day warranty. You won't find another place like this in Miami to fix your devices for a very ECONOMICAL price. Employers are bilingual, with a preference in Spanish, good for Miami's rich multicultural community. Be sure to drop off your electronics and run errands; don't recommend waiting in the car because it will take roughly 90 minutes-two hours depending how busy the store is. Also appreciated the modifications they made to the store to be in CDC compliance. Overall, I'm humbled this store puts patrons over price first. Great work ethics!

They were able to discover the issue after running some diagnostic tests, and contacted me the same day with recommendations. Kept me updated throughout the process. Very professional.
