I can’t say enough about Bigfoot and Chris! BEST customer service I have had from any business in years. My daughter found a wasp nest in her gas tank compartment when she was getting gas. Don’t ask… I called Bigfoot and left a message. Chris responded quickly and came to our house that afternoon. Chris said he had never seen this before…only us! Chris “eliminated” the wasps and even took the extra step to wash off the chemicals so my daughter wouldn’t come in contact with them. Problem resolved…or so we thought. Two weeks later my daughter found two more nests inside the rubber seal near the passenger side doors on the same side as the gas tank. I called Chris immediately. He came back to the house that afternoon and took care of the problem without an additional charge. Not only will I absolutely use Bigfoot again…I will recommend them to everyone I know because of their superior service and great value. Thank you, Bigfoot and Chris, for the professionalism, promptness, honesty, friendliness, courtesy and integrity! Life would be so much easier with more businesses like Bigfoot.

Chris was fantastic, very knowledgeable about his business. On the first call he explained everything that needed to be done to solve my bee problem, and despite having already been in my area early that day, was able to come back and fit me in the same day we had our initial phone call. I found Chris to be very honest and knowledgeable, I hope I don't have another bee problem, but I would hire him again without question.
We had a pretty big hornet's nest in our backyard. Bigfoot Pest Control gave us a great price, was very professional, answered all of my questions, took the nest down very quickly, and gave us a specific time they were coming out (not a 3-4 hour window). I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I am very happy with the results of Bigfoot Pest Control’s visit. The technician was very professional and really spent the time inside and out to spray for ants and spiders.
