I have been with the company for over 5 years. Granted there were instances where bad eggs have created bad experiences for our customers and action had to be taken. There is growth within the company and I was able to move up to Supervisor when I started as operational. We do our best to meet our clients' and their members' expectations. As with any large company, we cannot micromanage all our employees so I do apologize on the behalf of my company for these one-off bad experiences. All in all, I have been happy to grow with this company and watch it grow professionally in turn.

As a personal injury attorney who often handles subrogation matters in my law practice, I have a lot of experience with nearly all of the major subrogation firms. This is, by far, the least professional. Their claims handler on a recent case has been unresponsive to email and voicemail for over a week. This despite the fact that they quote a 72 business hour call back policy. When I have called their main office line during regular business hours, it goes to a voicemail box. What legitimate subro firm has no one answering the phone in a general line? If I were a health insurance company, I would want someone else collecting my subro liens for me. Discovery Health Partners is neglecting their files!

I keep getting calls from them and after every time I get through to the live person and ask how they have my information - they hang up without a word! Unprofessional and there needs to be a way to get off their list!

Spam call from them, not even a person waiting at the other end, a robot with pre-programmed responses. If you don't respond the way it was programmed to react, it just hangs up. When I called the Call Id from the call, it was some random persons number that they are using. I will report them to the FTC and the CA AG.

This company is a joke. Avoid even applying here and don’t waste your time. High turnover and management is very unprofessional. There are no core values here.
