TCAT is literally a lifesaver. While there have been a few incidents. There are more good times that the office, the drivers, the entire staff has shown empathy and actions to resolve the problems I've had. Great service!

They stop were they shouldn't blocking roads for extended periods of time slowing traffic. Very few ride, why are we still giving them money. Isn't the city going to take about 5 years just to break even after covid losses?

The bus route 30 has deliberately skipped the stop and the buses often stop in front of trash cans for unknown reasons.
