Very disappointing customer service at this UTC Ivivva store. I went in to shop for my preteen daughter. Not greeted or helped in any way by the salespersons who were standing there chatting. I then went to LuluLemon at the same mall and with the help of the salesperson, I got a pair of XS leggings for my dautghter. LuluLemon's diverse group of salespersons was most delightful and helpful. Don't know why service can vary so much within the same group.
