I give this 2 stars only because I got the photo I needed for a foreign passport. However, my mother drove over 30 minutes to get hers, and couldn’t since the owner simply decided to leave early. I spoke with an associate the previous day who assured me that the office would be open until 6:30, but it was already closed by 3:30. When my mother spoke with the owner on the phone, explaining that she needed the photo today, the owner could only say “sorry, go to Birmingham” (the closest other location that does this). Poor business practice in such a business savvy city, with no local competitors. A real shame. Show up at your own risk.
This review is long overdue. Ivory a photo has been a life saver for me- printing headshots at the last minute for a last second audition, in large numbers and in super high quality. They are patient, kind, and understanding. I always get compliments on my headshots and Ivory Photo is no doubt a huge reason why. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!
This is the place you need to go if you need any type of headshot taken for a visa or passport--for any country! They are super knowledgable of requirements and can even save a copy for a later print. I took my 3 week daughter for passport pictures and he was super patient and devoted to getting it right!
I needed specifically sized photos for a non-US passport, and Ivory Photo took care of this for me in less than 20 minutes. He is familiar with all foreign passport photo requirements, so the service was quick and efficient. There is metered parking right outside on the street.
Friendly owner, he knows all the passport rules even for other countries, and the quality is much better than what you'll get at those quick places.
If are going to be closed until June 14 it would be nice if that were on the website
