I've been at Ivy Gates for seven years... I dont have a lot of issues here. When there is a problem Ms. Bernice is a listening ear and gets the issues resolved timely. She is a very good apartment Manager. She is very nice and respectful. she makes the stay at Ivy Gares worthwhile .. Keep up the good work Ms. Bernice.

I have lived at Ivy Gates Apartments for over 6 years now and have just renewed my lease for another year. When I first moved in, I was in one of the smaller apartments... now I am in a 3 bedroom. Although it is an older community for the cost, you get a lot of space. AND if you work for a preferred employer-- you get a discount on your rent!!! Other than moving to a larger unit, my rent has only been increased once since I have been here. The maintenance staff is courteous and professional. When I call or stop by the office (have to make appointments now due to COVID)... but, I am always greeted by my name and Bernice is very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. I had a few maintenance problems but it is addressed n a timely manner. I would recommend these apartments to any one looking for a nice place to live at reasonable rates.
