Spoke with Tina Leck V.P of the company today. After getting connected to Tina immediately I could heart the condescending attitude and annoyance of having to speak with me. After being told we were parting ways Tina got very upset and frustrated about how she didn’t understand why we were parting ways. As our conversation went on disputing our issue Tina proceeded to try and bull doze me and cut me off from speaking my thoughts and sentiments regarding the situation and would not allow for me to make reasonable mature conversation. After being handed to another more senior manager who spoke to the president of the company our issue made some sort of headway. Over all leck tries to advertise and try to portray them selves as family friendly and willing to work with the community even though they repeatedly tried to bully us into giving into there demands and not reach a reasonable agreement very unprofessional especially considering she is the Vice President who threw a temper tantrum like a child who didn’t get their way and I definitely would not recommend if you’re looking for a waste management company.

good service, which is a surprise since most of the drivers are topping 300lbs and should probably be sumo wrestling instead of driving trash trucks. Whatever, Sumo wrestling's loss is my gain.

Truck driver was great. The dispatch was a little difficult to deal with on a few fees. However, I really appreciate their prompt response to our complaint. And for that I give them 5 stars.
