This is probably one of the best Japanese restaurant in Houston. They use premium short grain rice for all of their dishes containing rice, and all of the dishes I've had were very authentic. I don't write good reviews often, so I honestly don't know what to say. Definitely worth trying this place out if you're into Japanese cuisine.

Mi-e’ is the warmest and most knowledgeable bar tender I’ve met. After 6months and only meeting once, she remembers details. As I sat for dinner at the bar I realized many people have that experience. The food - awesome!! The drinks - great selection!!! The service and team work - as expected - classy and well delivered.
My wife and I eat a lot of sushi, it’s our favorite date night cuisine. This place is one of the best sushi bars we have ever been to in our 20 years together. Fish was perfect and fresh, lots of cool and original flavors and techniques. Great!
An authentic Japanese style pub with sushi and many delicious tapas type dishes to share. Most servers are very helpful. Good selection of liquor! Esp. sake.
Must go for their mugi fuji pork curry rice! Beef sukiyaki is a great deal!
The fish is very fresh and good quality, yet, very pricey.
The food, drinks & service were great. I'd definitely recommend trying the grilled and fried skewers. They were delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back soon.
