I just got off the phone with them and though he wasn't really rude he was not that polite either. I found his mannerism very unprofessional. I was being extremely polite regardless of the previous reviews(I really needed a part) but he was brief with answers and hung up immediately. "Guess they don't have Old Parts either!"

Same as all of these other reviews, this guy is a complete jerk and I hope he goes out of business and takes his junk with him! Stay away from this business......if you can call it that!
