Quite literally the worst customer service I have experienced in the seven years I've been in this industry. I wish I could speak about the quality of their materials , but never have receiving them, I cannot. 3 1/2 weeks I tried to get somebody out to do a take off on a house I am building, and the entire time I got the run-around. I understand everybody in this industry is extremely busy right now, and I understand and respect that, but if you're not able to provide your services to a new customer, just say so in the beginning. They backed my job up over a week while I was waiting on, what I can only assume to be, an imaginary person to come to my job and do a material takeoff. After two weeks, I did the takeoff myself and drove my happy self up to their shop. Even when the would-be customer is doing their job for them they still proved themselves incompetent. After getting online and reading their reviews, I came to my senses and went to a company that values their customers. Within two days I received my materials. Thanks for nothing and good luck moving forward with your \business\.
