My AC stopped working late last night. I called J&J and the secretary answered. She was very professional and understanding. Joseph then called me back within 10 minutes. He was at my house early this morning (on a holiday weekend on top of it all!). Joseph was very knowledgeable, professional, and best of all very caring. He fixed my HVAC. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing service and they gained a new customer here.
