Surprisingly good inventory for a little store in Sparta. Good selection of Asian ingredients and pre-made foods. Lots of rice, also fun beverages, candies and things. Owner very knowledgeable, helpful. I bought a ton of stuff, but the things I'm excited about are a giant bottle of sweet chili sauce, a tin of mustard powder, and this weird soda they have. They also have tons of curries which I'm excited to try.
Good selection of Japanese and Korean foods. The owner is friendly and helpful - will be back again!
I thoroughly enjoy the experiences I’ve had when shopping at J Mart! The selection is amazing, the owner is very friendly, and the sushi is everything I’ve been missing out on since I moved to this area!

Loved it. Owner was incredibly friendly. Got to get our favorite snacks and see some stuff we wouldn't without a visit to Chicago. So happy they're in Sparta. Can't wait to visit again :)
Great store, wide variety of Japanese items, especially snacks and food. Very well stocked considering covid-19 has slowed all shipments from Japan dramatically. Owner has a rad bonsai tree.
My first time going there I felt very welcomed and everything was easy to find. I will definitely be going back!
