Thank you for reaching out to me, J.A. King to try and correct the situation. Even if we don't establish a business relationship, I do appreciate you taking the time to call me. It's refreshing you would like to correct the situation. Previous complaint: If I could put 0 stars........ I called about doing some business on a regular basis. The woman who answered told me they weren't interested, and promptly hung up on me when I requested a manager. She was very rude, and didn't even ask me why I wanted to speak with a manager. If this is an example of their quality of customer service, definitely not someone I'd recommend to do business with at these standards.

Too expensive. Charges a minimum of 50 travel miles to come out and check a previously purchased item, as well as "Travel Labor." Total travel charges were 155.90. Service call fee of 100 - no thank you. All they said after that was scale is broken, and replacement would be 750. Charged me 272.18. Will find someone else.
We use J.A. King for most of our outside calibrations. In the last year alone they have improved vastly, which only increasing our satisfaction. Turn around time on most gauges varies from a few days to a couple weeks depending on their work load and the number we send them. The calibrations are set up how we want them and we can access everything from their online system which adds another level of convenience. I can't speak for their onsite service because we haven't used it yet.
