Fantastic customer service. I live in Oregon and I bought a car from them and they provided updates and gave me a video tour of the car. Buying a vehicle nearly 2000 miles away is scary sight unseen. Nathan went over all the flaws on the car and gave me all the service records for it. Nathan and his Sales Manager, Ryan helped coordinate with the trucking company to pick up my vehicle for delivery. I wish I was closer so I can come shake their hands in person. It was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced.

I recently purchased a Mercedes CLS 550 from this dealership and i had an excellent experience from start to finish. My salesman was Nathan Lovell. he is a 5 star salesman and he is great person to do business with. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car. The transaction was outstanding and i would recommend this dealership above all the rest.

I brought my car into get warranty work done on a tire and rim, I received a loaner car which was hit while we were in the house. I gave them my 1,000 deductible. The insurance denied the claim, When I had to get warranty work done again instead of refusing my service they took my car in on CHRISTMAS EVE (which I advised them I would be driving to see family in California that same day, was going to be a Christmas surprise) they proceeded to call me and tell me my car was ready, so when I arrived a man named DUSTIN told me they will be keeping my car until I pay for the damages on the loaner and will get 15 a day fee for the car being there and a lean was going to be placed on my car. I had already called 3x that day at any point they could of talked to me over the phone instead they bring me up there and embarrass me in-front of people by bringing me a box of all my stuff like I just got fired from a job and locked the door behind me! Mind you this is CHRISTMAS EVE!! This is the worst service I have ever received my mother even owns a Mercedes and was never talked to nor dealt with the way I was! I wish I could go back and un-buy my car because this service was so bad and I have to deal with this dealership for my warranty! I would not recommend this dealership for service my sales guy was great unfortunately the team he comes with is not!! Yes I paid for the damages, it’s the way they treated me especially when I have the money to pay for it! You don’t just take peoples cars and say now pay me! Unacceptable!!!!

One of the cleanest and well laid out showrooms with sales people that are helpful and not pushy in any way. Didn't buy today but definitely felt welcome and treated very kindly from entry to exit.
I have been their customer for many years since 1995. Everyone is friendly, professional and helpful. I have purchased all of our mercedes except one from them , only because they did not have the color l wanted . I will continue to go to them . They really value you and take care of your cars needs. I am not good with remembering names , but I will go to these people every time. John from service , Doc and Steve from sales.
