Bad attitudes and not willing to apply effort to help individuals. Very poor service and the area should be under new management. 1/5 I would give less if I could.

On a scale of 1-5 I pick 4 for friendliness, compassion, courtesy, promptness in equipment & billing (though not always right or fair, but) it's small town, privatized & as good as it gets AND better than LUB. Yeah ya don't get your meager deposit back but you don't pay a ridiculous transfer fee every time you move either. It couldn't hurt if they were updated with the times but they do alright with the small community & what they got.

Not caught up with the times, cant pay with credit/bank card, cant pay over phone. Expensive deposit you never get back. Naturalized monopoly of the area so no choice but to use them. Pathetic in this day and age.

So out dated and rude. 85 non refundable deposit, never heard that from any business ever. Than I go to pay and they charge me for paying them because I used my debit card (which they called a convenience fee), by this time I had issues, and the clerk was ruder than I was. They didnt turn my service on until a week later and gave me the run around about that, so I moved in with no service, and frankly they didnt even seem to care, made me feel like I was the issue. And whats this flat rate business policy? Over 50 a month for water? Thats crazy, is the mafia out of the trucking business and moved its interests to water? All I know is my lease is up in 11 months, and it will be time to relocate. The Jacksboro water company is a bad glass of water.
