We ordered through 2 separate distributors to get an Advance Tabco product. The first order took 6 weeks and came damaged with bad packaging, including a piece of wood broken off of the pallet, damaging the product inside. We were able to return it and re-order from a new company. The new company got it shipped from the manufacturer in 2 days. But it came damaged again in the same kind of packaging . After being reached out to again by the distributor we purchased the Tabco item through, we were told that “The manufacturer is stating that these are light scratches and every ice bin has them. After the customer uses the item a few times, they will have these scratches in the bottom. These are light scratches from processing the part and we cannot give any discount for those.“ Due to this manufacturer refusing to correct an error by selling scratched products, we had to install a scratched product on a jobsite, which is unacceptable when pride ourselves on integrity-filled work.
