we have contacted this place because we were thinking about a place for my grandmother and every week now for a month we have called to try and get info mailed to us to get this in process. we spoke with someone who says they were a manager each time and they say it was mailed out and yet it has never showed up till this day.the other day they called our number 3 different times and everytime they asked for a different name,and not one even close to the name we had given them at least 4 times before when we gave them the mailing info.all i know is if in all these trys they cannot even mail a envelope ,i would not trust them to care for a goldfish, much less a family member.. UPDATE...my wife got a call today because they seen this review and they finally got the name right this time after a month and they were mad about this review ,well we finally got a envelope from them after a month of waiting about 2 days after i posted this review and all that was in it a post card picture and a business ,nothing that we had asked for even still after a month and they want to call us and be upset about this review...ITS ALL THE TRUETH...if they have a problem with what is in this review call me ,not my wife.

Autumn Village 1 is very hospitable, great staff, they truly care about their residents, they have activities daily, church services, Sunday and Wednesday, Friday night game night and social, good food, they take the able residents once a month, to go shopping, just to get them out and about. Bryanette Biles, as the facility director, does everything in her power to make sure the residents are comfortable, and feel at home. They are a family away from home. But don't take my word for it, go check them out, you won't be disappointed.....
