Excellent Customer service. I rented an enclosed cargo trailer. They helped me hook it up and made sure the lights on the trailer were working before I left. They even replaced my fuse to get the right side trailer brake light working before I left an only charged 5.00 for the fuse. I would definitely rent from them again!

Broke down in the middle of town and there was no question where I was going. Biles has been here forever and there's a reason. Do yourself a favor if you're in town and need assistance!
