Despite the peak double not running the day we visited we had a great day! Conditions were excellent though some thin cover. The terrain was varied and fun, lots of woods and winding trails as well as open slopes. Just a FUN mountain!

Seemed like a good place. We only inquired about lessons and did not use the place. But we were there for enough time to say that, it looked like everyone around us was having an epic day and really enjoying themselves while being enthusiastic about their activities.

Love Indy Pass! Probably never would have discovered this place without it. I ski Tuckermans regularly, and the trails on this mountain remind me of the Sherburne! We had a fantastic time today with fresh snow falling. Great employee service and fantastic vibe. We are definitely returning here! If you enjoy the feel of small mountains, be sure to put this place on your bucket list!

Black Mountain was pretty. Easy to get to the chairlift from the parking lot. Clean bathrooms close to parking. Great snow.

This small mountain is completely not worth the 45 that they charge for a half day ticket. They label most of the trails as black diamonds but they aren’t steep whatsoever the mountain is completely flat. I had to walk most of the time to get to the end of the trail. Grooming wasnt great either. And the lift to the top of the mountain wasn’t operating . Wouldn’t go to this “mountain” again if a mountain can make me miss Shawnee peak that means it’s pretty bad. And boy was I thinking about how much better Shawnee peak is
