We had Christoff come and do an estimate to clean our carpets at our Auto Repair Facility. The gentleman who gave us the estimate was very honest and told us our carpets would not look great due to the grease stains, which we understood, and he gave us a very fair price for the cleaning because of it. The young man who came to clean the carpets was very nice and very through and did a wonderful job! I would refer anyone to have Christoff's clean their carpets! They are wonderful.

We had our wood floors refinished and Chris and Isaac did an amazing job! We (ourselves) had tore up carpet that revealed nice wood floors and everything needed to be sanded, stained and covered in poly. The floors are 100 years old.. They did 3 rooms in 5 days and the results are absolutely amazing! On the last day, they had just finished, my dog stepped on the floor and left prints in the fresh poly. Chris came back Monday and sanded them out and put more poly down. Extremely satisfied with their work. 100% recommend.
The sales staff at Christoff & Sons Floor Covering was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of high quality products that were reasonably priced. We purchased vinyl plank flooring, ceramic tiles, and carpeting for three rooms. When an issue with the carpet installation arose, the Christoff staff addressed all of our concerns quickly and satisfactorily.
Chris, the technician who performed the carpet cleaning, was super professional. His attention to detail and the pride in his work was easily seen in the results. I have worked with several companies in Jackson who perform carpet cleaning service. None can hold a candle to Chris and how he represents Christoff & Sons!! A VERY happy customer here!!!
Great quality! Vicki Steel is amazing to work with and the install guy John does awesome work. I have had Christoff’s do carpet and tile. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend them
