I wish I could say something positive, I called two weeks ago asking for a open top ( roll off), the lady who answered the phone pretty quickly transferred me to a voicemail, (Ed? a mans voice, can't recall the name.) I left my number and name, repeated the name twice the number three times, slowly. I do that mainly cuz I get annoyed when a business send me straight to voicemail. Anyway it was a polite message, just a bit long. I have not heard from them.........so I give this a 1 star. If they had given me a\ call back saying sorry we don't provide for home owners\, I would have loved these guys. Just for being informative. Too Bad.

I tried for 3 days to get a hold of someone. Gave them multiple opportunities to make this right. They wouldn’t return my phone call. They didn’t help out. I call the number and continually get transferred to a voicemail that doesn’t get answered apparently. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Trying to rent a dumpster and it is extremely difficult to get a hold of somebody and they don't call you back. Apparently only 1 guy can take care of this request. After multiple attempts, I had to let them know that I will just find another company. Western Disposal was awesome with their prompt response and scheduling!
