Ben Dover was the only appraiser to respond to my request for an appraisal on my home. I contacted 6 different appraisers. 3 of them I contacted verbally and they all said they would get back to me to set up a time, but never did. I left a voice message request for the other 3 but they never returned my call. Ben was #7 and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He's very professional, personable and dependable. If I ever need another appraisal done or if I need help in finding a house, he's the person I'll go to. Thanks, Ben.

Do yourself a favor, Stay away, far away hire someone else.
I have known Ben Dover almost all my life and I didn't know how sorry he was at selling houses, maybe not his whole career, but still. We just had the worst experience with him. My momma and nanny are trying to by a house , we went with him to look at it, first it was a dump, the walls were disgusting with holes and marker all over it, second he wouldn't even talk with them about the house or answer any questions, no eye contact, nothing! He was extremely unprofessional, he was on his phone the Entire Time. Answering the phone literally every 5 seconds, calling people and texting not even acknowledging my momma. Any professional realtor who is trying to help someone buy a home is supposed to invest their time in the buyers and put their phone on silent. Needless to say, he lost their business completely! Taking it to a much better and caring realtor!
Bennie Dover is very professional, but kind and friendly at the same time. Treats everyone well, and gives back to the community.
