I had a mix up with an online repeat order where I was shipped food ordered by someone from California. The store did everything they could to make it right. The food I was sent was less expensive than what I bought but they gave me credit for my full refund and said they’d figure it out with corporate. Great people!

It's always a good experience at this location. Helpful staff even though I somehow always seem to go right as they're about to close. They take better care of the animals than most other pet stores in our area. Ace was a BIG help!

Very nice. things were in order and stock was of adequate quantities. Though staff was ghosting on me pretty hard. Just me and the guinea pigs to keep me company. I did end up finding \bumping\ into a staff member, which direct me to the proper department and isle I was in search for. This is a fairly new location and it suits my animal supplies commute well. Last store on connected shopping center, which Pizza hut is there neighbor so the dog smell like pizza, and the pizzas probably smell. LOL strange. Good store thumbs up

Petco has Everything I need for my fish. I found a great Betta and a Vase ornament that he loves going through.
