I read a few reviews stating the staff was disrespectful which made me hesitant to visit the facility. HOWEVER, while I was waiting for my services I watched many women come in who were absolutely disrespectful and rude to the staff! Storming in, being loud, and demanding. Not one of the staff members was rude back. If at any time a person felt the staff was disrespectful it was probably deserved from what I observed. It was by appointment only which was nice and helps to cut down on the wait. Every staff member I came in contact with was more than helpful, polite, and non-judgmental. I had to drive from another town as this was the closest place that would give me a wellness checkup without insurance. I am more than happy I made the drive! It was a safe and comfortable environment no matter what services you needed.

Absolutely disrespectful. They ask why you're there and then treat you very poorly and act as if they are judging you by what you're there for, instead of being a supportive environment. I am AMAZED by how we were treated during our very quick, non lasting visit today.
