I have been trying to get customer service on the phone at Ticketmasters all morning and I cannot reach anyone. How can I ask a concern question about a ticket when no one will answer the phone. Why do they even have a phone number listed?

Very frustrating... They do not answer the phone. Currently on my third time trying in the last 5 minutes. Trying to get everything in order before a concert next week and I can't get these people to answer the phone. Where is customer service? There is also no option to leave a voicemail, it just keeps ringing forever. Ticketmaster of Jackson sucks.
