Five Star Service!!!!! Aqua solutions installed the system in my house over 10 years ago and they have been maintaining the system annually since then. Their water system has made an impeccable difference in water quality. Great tasting and clean water. The customer service from making a phone call to them to onsite service is phenomenal. Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Their prices are very fair. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent tasting water.

Get 1 star only because 0 is not an option! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Over priced and incompetent. Mixed chlorine & hydrogen peroxide in my system - an explosive mixture. Tank became a bomb that blew up. VERY LUCKY no one was killed. Paid to have a new bed put in the undamaged tank - took our money & gave us back the damaged tank!! 12/27/2017 Update: Just about every statement made by the owner is inaccurate. What is correct is the date (i.e., 2014), but that doesn't matter to person who was asking in 2017 for feedback on this company. The other accurate statement is two insurance claims were filed, one for the well & another for this accident. The well claim was initiated per the owner's guidance. The owner was never asked to lie, he was asked to explain to the insurance adjuster in his own words what he told the homeowners he thought happened to the well (i.e., struck by lightening). Never said there was reason to mix the chemicals, but you did. Used bleach (i.e., chlorine) to sanitize the system. When the water failed a quality testing for a third (or was it the fourth?) time, told the tech to add Aquacil (i.e., hydrogen peroxide) without purging / flushing the system. BOOM!! Those are the facts. As Comey said, Lordy I hope there are tapes!!
Our media tanks went over the weekend. Aqua solutions came right over and replaced them. The price was fair and our system is up and running again. I saw some of the bad reviews and I guess the people that think they can fix everything themselves just cant. Stop being cheap and let a pro handle the problem. I did and my system works perfect! Thank you guys!
Spoke with Mike Glaser with Aqua Solutions yesterday about a disgusting scum in my softener system brine tank. It was foul! His team came when they said they would, solved the problem, answered all of my umpteen questions and did an absolutes fantastic job. His team was really wonderful!
Unfortunately the service they performed on our new home worsened our water when there was nothing wrong. Additional reputable companies came to our home and inspected our systems and they were far more truthful, genuine and provided thorough factual information about our water system. Please beware of this company. We learned our lesson. Let’s hope he doesn’t take this down, because this is the honest truth.
