Recently moved here from out of state, needed an oil change ASAP and came across Jackson Firestone. Called in the morning, went in the afternoon and received prompt excellent service. Staff was courteous, professional and most accommodating. Will definitely recommend without hesitation.

Staff was super kind and honest. They told me that I didn't really need the servicing my dealer told me I needed. The work was done quickly and I'll come here again.
I'm going to be honest here. Personally, I think the work that they do here is top notch. They are fair, up front about what they are doing, and overall honest. Having said all this, I have had a couple disappointing experiences. You will quickly notice that thier customer service is lacking. They may be nasty on the phone and if you are taking over the phone, they may not even tell you the price and what they are doing. Just make sure you make a note to ask. Other than that HIGHLY recommend!
These people are crooks. They gave me a price on a set of tires over the phone, and after I had my vehicle towed there, they changed the deal 3 times trying to rip me off. I ended up driving away with a used tire because they wouldn't give me the tires for the price they said they would over the phone. The owner was very nasty, and isn't fit to own a business!!!!
