Summit Township water is the hardest to treat and from my personal experience Tri-County Water has always been the front runner tackling the situation. Always with outstanding results. Every employee I have encountered within the company displays exemplary customer service, professionalism, Can-do attitude, and eager to please the customer.

Jeff came out and tested the water. He explained what equipment i would need and answered all questions i had. NO PRESSURE sales, which is a huge plus for me. I hate pushy sales people. After I scheduled the install. It was very quick and the installers were great. Asked questions to verify all was correct and did an excellent job of installing it. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Tri-County Water was highly satisfactory. The sales representative Ben was extremely cordial and quickly evaluated our water with the old system and offered up solutions. The installers were awesome as well, and very knowledgeable about the Eco Water system that they were installing. They were very efficient and professional with the installation. If the new water softener system lasts as long as our old system we got a \Home Run\ so to speak! A very positive experience with Tri County Water of Jackson. Thank you!

REALLY bad service! Went from clean water to what you see posted, Tri County Water would not come back and address the issue, had to go to a local provider to clean it up at my cost. The sales person was referred to me by my realtor, sales person gave me a card from Aqua Brothers, says he was the regional manager, so of course that's who I thought I was dealing with then these guys come out and do the install and take my water from clear to undrinkable cloudy and leave. When I called and tried to rescind, which you can do on a in home point of sale, I was told no. Got the runaround from there and finally called a local provider to fix. If your in West MI dont use them, you will get zero service. The whole thing was just fraudulent, thought I was dealing with a local company and after the fact find out they are 2 hours away and wont service after the fact. Lesson - use a local company that will service your water softener
