If you are a company looking to hire these guys for support, billing or NOC services, RUN the other way. We were with Bernard for about 10 painful years. It took two contract periods to cancel the service because of extremely long evergreen dates. When we finally get our cancellation in their required evergreen window, they went out of the way to punish us by setting up barriers, quoting huge fees to export our data, generally (like we experienced over the last 10 years) slow, condescending, and haughty responses from their COO. She is the primary reason we left. Then three days AFTER our final day with them, they decided to prorate back to our customers fees collected IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT causing mayhem with our customers. All in all, this company and management has ZERO customer service skills and we could not be happier we left Bernard despite the huge effort it took to get out of this dogs mouth.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire career. The Workforce Management department is a complete joke. Please consider other alternatives for customer service.
