My mountain bike's rear suspension had come apart and as a Christmas gift my daughter brought my mountain bike there to get it fixed and do the 100 tune up. A lady from the store came out and looked at the bike in my SUV and said she'd have no idea where to get the necessary part. I told my daughter to bring it back home. Just got around to checking the bike last weekend. I'm the least handy guy you'll ever meet and I had it fixed in 10 minutes after watching a 5 minute Youtube video. All the parts where there. Just needed to screw it back together. Not sure what part she was talking about.

I just called them and can't believe what she quoted me and then hung up on me as I stammered in disbelief. I asked to replace just the outside rubber tread of 2 tires for an adult bike and she asked if including installation and I said yes. She quoted me 110 and hung up on me? You've got to be freaking kidding me! The bike shop on CR 210 charged me 35 to replace one tire! I guess I will stick with them!
We were traveling to St. Augustine and needed a kite! A quick Google search led us here and we couldn't be more happy! This shop is great! Very helpful! They offer many different bikes, apparel, and YES even kites!
I haven't owned a bike in 10 years. I brought my bike in and had it tuned up. I noticed that there was an issue with the bike after they addressed the bike. It turned out that the bike came from the manufacturer with a defective axel in the rear wheel. They helped me straighten and fix it at no additional cost. I would recommend them to everyone who has a bike or plans on getting one.
I have been in this shop a couple times for little things and they have always treated me very well. Today I made a significant purchase from them and they were top notch professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of bike service, parts or a new bike! Thanks so much!
Bought 2 mountain bikes several years ago and just bought my son a bike from there. I looked up all three bikes online a couldn't beat the price anywhere. Seems they deal in mid to high-end bikes. All bikes I got had quality parts as standard which was nice. Its a smaller operation so the service is more personal which is a nice change from my typical Amazon order or publix visit. Going back to get a bike for my wife.
I was looking for a bike and visited another bike store in the area. The person at that store didn't give me the time of day. I am a tall women and needed help finding a bike that fit me. I went to Bikes Kites and More and the women that worked with me was wonderful. She had me try a few different bikes and listened to what I was saying. She finally said, I think I know what you need. I have one that I think will work but I need to put it together. Come in tomorrow and try it. I did and it was perfect. I've been riding it for 6 months now I love it. This is the first bike I have had that fits me.
