So here's the deal... In the past I had my investment accounts with on of those large firms and was becoming frustrated that I always corresponded with a different person on the phone and never really felt like they had my best interests in mind. I felt like I wasn't getting the advice I deserved. I felt more like an account number than anything else. When I finally decided it was time to jump ship I searched around and then a colleague of mine suggested Breakwater. I called and immediately was able to talk to Ryan on the phone there (one of their advisors). It was such a relief. I still wasn't sold yet but he made me feel so comfortable and secure. Once I called back the second time I was sold when I was able to directly talk to him again, it was so refreshing. Ever since they have been so responsive and helpful. I feel like I made the right choice. These guys are great. 10/10 would recommend.
