The place is amazing. The food is really good. The parking isn't bad. The bathrooms are clean. The place itself is clean. The staff keep the place organized and are helpful. I would recommend attending events here.

What an amazing organization and event in Jacksonville. I went opening night 2 years ago and have generally gone to 5 games a year. This year I finally bit the bullet and got season tickets What an amazing price and saving. Great fun for a night out as a date or with the family. Go ICEMEN!!!

3 stars because Hockey is a great sport but the Icemen are a pretty unexciting team. I dont mind ticket prices but stopped going to games because certain people were rabidly fanatical and kept telling me how weird I was for not jumping out of my seat and screaming at the top of my lungs every time the Icemen scored. Its not that thrilling, sorry. Worth it for the superhero nights so the little kids can enjoy. Dont bother with the Dave and Busters Promo...had a nightmare situation with that.
