Smoothie Squad uses JCR Systems POS. We love our new Heartland Restaurant Cloud based management system because the staff are always very helpful with any questions that any of our staff has at anytime. Tim was there during the setup and continues to assist me whenever I have any questions. It is awesome that there is an online ordering site available, as well as the loyalty program which our customers love.
I'm a restaurant owner that never has written a review about anything but felt compelled to write about my situation with JCR. I was facing the complete breakdown of an old outdated POS system, JCR dropped everything to get a new system in place practically overnight. A restaurant's POS system is a critical part of the operation. Our system crash could have halted our operation for a lengthy period of time. The entire team at JCR shifted into overdrive. In no time at all we had a new cloud based system installed. Even with the rush, JCR managed to train management and staff without a problem. They even stayed on site during the first full day operating with the new system. It was impressive to see a company react to a customer's emergency in such an overwhelming way. Without a local company in place for situations like this the loss of income would have been tragic. Thanks for the call to action.

I am the owner of Townies Pizzeria in Fernandina Beach. JCR provided me excellent service and support beginning with my first installation to where now I have 5 terminals with take out and delivery. The beauty of Aloha and JCR is that they can grow with you whether you are a single register unit or a multi store unit. That's what drove me to Aloha and JCR, I wanted a company and product that is tested and proven that is going to be around 10 years from now. I would highly recommend.
