Just had the worst experience with a woman that may have been the owner. I needed a nitrogen tank and I called ahead to make sure they had it. Spoke to a nice man that confirmed they have it. Went in to pick it up, lady tells me they don't have it. I said to her politely that I spoke to a gentlemen who said they did. She disappears for a minute a comes back with the tank. She gives it to me, visibly annoyed. It felt light so I asked her POLITELY if she was sure it was a full one it felt light. She gets loud with and says "you want it or not?" Then says "you know what you can leave." I lost it at that point gave her a few choice words and left. What an awful experience.

This is the only place in Jacksonville to get your home brewing ingredients. Friendly service and a great selection. Very knowledgeable staff will help you out even if you are a beginner. Join the local home brewing club for an extra 10% off of your entire bill. Two locations are very convenient from just about anywhere in town, and I frequently go to both.
