So to start off I would like to say Thanks to some of the best people at this shop Don in sales and Jack and Adrian in service. My experience was above a 5 star rating. Being new to the sport and really offering nothing to help them find the right bike for me time after time they were there to answer all of my questions. After leaving I was able to be confident that I was on the right bike for what I was going to be riding. So whether you're new to the sport or have been riding for years, which I hope to be, I would defiantly stop by this shop and let them show you what true customer service is like.
