From the moment we walked in, the experience was an exceptional one. You can really tell the staff believe in and love the cars they sell. Joe provided a ton of information, personality, and laughs to the whole process. Compared to others, this dealership really stands out in how much time, effort, and detail they put into finding the right car for you. Hands down the best car buying experience ever! Drove a little over 2 hours to this dealership because they had the absolute best prices I could find online. My dad was in the market for a new SUV and I tagged along because I knew I’d be in the market in the next year or two. Mazda City was the second and last dealership we visited that day and we both left with new Mazda CX-5’s. Without a doubt, this was the best car buying experience either of us have ever had. From the moment we walked in, Joe Jacobson genuinely treated us like family. He made us feel at ease and never pressured us into a decision. He gave us a lot of space and time alone to browse and contemplate but he was immediately available whenever we needed him. Joe was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the Mazda models and trims (this dealership has an abundant stock) and other car makes. He was invested in helping my dad with his specific needs and preferences. At no point did I think I’d be leaving with a brand new car but Joe made the numbers work - he gave me a great deal for my trade-in and the price came in way under what I anticipated. When I made the last-minute decision to buy just as the dealership was about to close, Joe, Luis, Neil, Victor, and Aaron stayed behind to see that I got into my new car. Aaron, the financing manager, made that part of the process totally seamless for my dad and myself. I love my new car and I’m so thankful for my new Mazda family!

Neil Middleton is the man! He was very forthcoming with answers to questions I had unlike the Hodges Mazda that was acting SUPER shady! I was so uncomfortable that I reached out to Mazda City of Orange Park the next day and it was such a great experience! Neil was friendly, honest and knowledgeable! He got me a better deal on my mew lease than I could have hoped for! No pressuring!! No lying!! He just listened to what I needed and understood what my expectations were and then did better!
