I purchased a Toro zero turn from Toro directly this summer. Their website gave me an option to have a local dealer deliver so I choose this location. A little over a month later it stopped starting. I contacted them for the warranty issues and they scheduled a time to pick it up. At this time no fee was disclosed. No option of dropping the mower off myself was discussed. A week later I contacted them and spoke with Rebecca. Wondering when my mower would be returned, they informed me that it would be ready an I owed 50. I asked what for and they stated the transportation. They also stated it was in the original paperwork provided. I looked through all the paperwork and no warranty was included in it. They did provide a warranty page after the matter and highlighted the line pertaining to the fee the did not disclose. This is an illegal and unethical action under PA Consumer Sales laws. I will go a little further with my business from now on. NOT A DUPLICATE BEING THIS IS A DIFFERENT MEDIUM ALSO THANKS FOR DIRECTING EVERYONE TO THE OTHER MEDIA THAT HAS 2 ️AND PROVES THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU PROVIDE. CHECKED WITH DEPT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THEY STATED IT IS UNETHICAL PRACTICE, may not be illegal, but merits a Tort!
