The older woman who worked here today Sunday February 28,2021 at 6:35pm was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to she had such a rude attitude I said hello I was wondering how much it is to rent the shoes and I said it very clearly she kept pretending not to understand me I had to say it 5 times she had the meanest look in her face like if I was annoying to her she said while opening her eyes wide as in a such a mean manner like to be purposely hurtful you pay for the game and the to rent the shoes and something else she was the one that couldn’t speak clearly not me so why the heck be rude. This makes me not even want to ever come back I left with my three year old crying her eyes out because this would have been her first time and she was so excited it broke my heart just wow...

A wait as always, and no ramps available for our 3 year old grandson, but with just the bumper rails up, he still beat me the first game lol. We were supposed to have a half hour wait, but actually only had to wait about ten minutes. Bowling was awesome as usual.

It wasn't crowded. Lane kept messing up and no music was playing like it usually is. Didn't get to finish half way through game and still got charged full price

The sole reason I am giving this one star is because of the atrocious service we received. If the ladies working at the front desk were payed by tips, they’d be broke. Here’s a tip: take some lessons in customer service. It costs nothing to have a good attitude or to at least have a smile on your face. They gave off the impression that they despised their job and everyone there. The bowling was fine, but our service was NOT.
