The customer service I received from the team at this apartment community is highly exceptional. Straight to the point and very professional. Geneva went out of her way to assist me with moving in. She was a big help to me. I'm thankful and very happy with the outcome because I have a brand new beautiful apartment. I came all the way from Atlanta, Georgia. It's worth the price and very close to the Vegas strip.
My Sales Representative Ellysa was simply the best ever! She was patient, thoughtful and so endearing with my requests. Her follow up and energy enticed me to select Jade Apartments without hesitation!! I will definitely recommend her to others but most importantly I recommend a raise for her unconditional efforts to have me as a tenant in such a beautiful luxurious apartment!! How lucky am I!!! V
I don’t even want to leave this review cause I don’t want the apartments to fill up. BUT I WANT TO MOVE THERE SMIPLY FOR EMILY! I could call her amazing but that doesn’t do her justice. She went above and beyond just for me to simply view the apartment. She made sure I liked what I saw and even explained what each apartment brought value. She made sure I knew which apartment view I like best rather it be odd or even. She didn’t miss a beat. She sat me down in her office and showed me which apartment and the view I’d get. I’ve never experienced such individualism from an rental agent! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EMILY! THANK YOU!!
This property came up on my home searches and I decided to check it out due to the vibe it presents. I spoke with Stephanny one of the leasing agents and she gave me a beautiful tour! She explained how the process works and made sure I understood the pricing and application process. The property is absolutely beautiful and everyone in the office is very polite and professional. Stephanny has given me the best experience I have received on any apartment tour! I highly recommend Jade to anyone who is looking to be on the high end of the social elite.
I’ve been living here for almost a month now and I’ve had a very great experience with everything! The staff members are extremely helpful and responsive, they made my move in very easy with no hidden fees and made me feel welcomed. Thank you Jade Team !
The staff is very nice and helpful. Rosa helped me out and gave me a tour. The facilities are awesome and the rooms are very nice as well.
I was between this place and The Lotus and ultimately decided on here because of the amazing customer service experience I received among many other reasons. Emily was able to help me pick the perfect apartment and I am very happy with my decision!
