Came into our apartment (1 boy) was here for 20 minutes and was very late (went to the wrong apartment). Didn’t get stains out, barely any effort, put a wet clock to the stains after and they came out. Bad service, disappointed.

Very poor time management. We had appointment for 06/01. We were told to expect technician to reach our apartment anytime between 2.00 PM and 5.00 PM. No show. We rescheduled appointment for 06/08. This time time slot of 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM was given to us. We gave reminder call one day before. At 12.30 PM we got call from technician that he will reach our apartment in 30 mins. We waited till 1.30 PM and gave call back. Apparently technician was cleaning some other apartment as association between address and phone number was messed up. Finally technician reached at our place at 2.15 PM. If I add value of wasted time, I realized that Jade's Jet City Carpet Cleaning is very costly service.

i work in the apartment industry, and have had to fore my share of carpet people. that having been said, i love these guys. a job well done every time. i think i had one issue with service, and they were out the next day to make it right. I Personally cant not reccomend them enough, try em you'll be happy you did.
