I recently bought a 2018 Jaguar F-Pace S there. The experience was great and very easy. Greg Jenkins was great to work with. I was coming from out of state, so we exchanged a lot of emails. He was great about getting back to me in a timely manner with answers. Fields Jaguar gave me a very reasonable offer for my trade-in. I brought my FPace in for service and was given a loaner to use. I was appalled at the condition of the loaner when received. It was evident that this car was not given a proper wipe down or clean out from the previous driver. There was even a used mask on the floor. I bought a luxury vehicle and expected the same matched service. Unacceptable.
After much research,, I purchased a 2021 Volvo XC60 and was very pleased with it. John Sendik was my salesman. He was pretty thorough as was the finance lady. I am glad I decided to purchase locally.
