I had the absolute most wonderful experience with everyone at Jake Sweeney Mitsubishi. My salesman Brad was very helpful even though he was working with several other customers at the same time. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me trying to pick out a vehicle that I liked. Nick was also very helpful and was very courteous with my price negotiation lol. He got as much of a discount that he could to help lower my monthly payments. Then there was Aaron who helped explain everything in all of my paperwork while trying to hurry and get me processed so I could get home. I want to thank each and everyone that helped make a stressful situation become an exciting time for me. I would highly recommend Jake Sweeney!!

It was nothing but great service and efficiency at getting a car. I got the new outlander and the process was just a pleasure. They went as far as bringing me a car all the way from Dayton. Loved the service and the customer lounge was also nice.

During my recent service visit, my experience was really good! Compared with another dealership I've dealt with, the service offered went above and beyond. They met all of my expectations and then some. Could tell by the receptionist and workers that they are all professional but you also feel comfortable. They do everything possible to get your needs and wants met. It was also very clean and comfortable. The wait was less than expected. Very satisfied!

My salesman Brad was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was willing to talk with me even when I didn't have all my ducks in a row and wasn't ready to proceed. When I did arrive at the dealership, he made me feel very comfortable about the entire process. Although my situation was less than ideal, his demeanor and handling of the sale took so much of the negativity out of the experience. If at some point I trade up to the premium model, I would like to work with Brad again.
