AirChina thought the Chinese were bad but now I see all of them and the airline is worse in my life if I tell you I do not end up saying that if you call customer service they do not take the phone and they only speak Chinese call for two months and I could never talk to madie that speak english nor spanish take a flight was newark asi beijing of 14 hours and they gave two food of the same I travel a lot and it was the worst and apart that they canceled my flights to come back and they did not help me to buy another I hope that if Someone had excellent communication and excellent customer service, helping me because it was the worst for me yo pensaba que los chino eran malo pero ahora veo todos arrible y la aerolinea es peor de mi vida si le cuento no termino aparte que si llama a servicio al cliente no toman el telefono y solo hablan chino llame por dos meses y nunca pude hablar con madie que hable ingles ni español tome un vuelo se newark asi beijing de 14 hora y dieron dos comida de lo mismo viajo mucho y fue lo peor y aparte que me cancelaron mis vuelos de venir para atras y no me ayudaron para comprar otro espero que si alguien tubo una excelente comunicacion y atencion al cliente excelente lenvante la mano por que para mi fue lo mas peor

Good service always.
Terrible shuttle service. Drivers don't know where they're going. Always take the most traffic packed roads and never use a GPS. I'm going to miss my flight because of them.
