It was a little small and the food selection is small, but it is nice and quiet. The internet was good. The bathrooms are clean. There is beer, wine, and spirits.

Small and quiet lounge with an extraordinary desinterested receptionist who couldn't even say hello. The style of the lounge itself ist outdated, the furniture ist full of scratches. The variety of especially the hot food could be better. WiFi is working quite well.
Really worst SQ lounge in the world. Food was really bad. Left overs thrown together. Only thing positive no one there. Must have an impeccable reputation everyone staying away.
Small, but cozy lounge. Food selection is limited, but very tasty. No full bar service, only one and not so good shower.
Small lounge. Plenty of cold food choices but only 1 or 2 hot food. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drink selection. Only 1 shower with nothing except body wash and a small rack to put your things. Ask for towel at the front desk.

I can only confirm what has been written by previous reviewers. I was booked on SQ but the Swiss lounge was closed for rennovation. Walked in to two equally indifferent and quite plainly rude receptionist. One having a loud conversation with her kid on speaker phone.... dirty toilet. First time i left the lounge for clean toilets (usually its the opposite...) food looked nasty. Offering this to star alliance clients is quite simply unacceptable. Not what one expects from SQ.
My airline's usual lounge was closed for renovations and I was directed to use this place. A real bummer, starting from the indifferent receptionist to the drab decor of the place. The food looked like it had been left there for some time. A real shame.
