I had an appointment to test drive a new 2021 Runner on Saturday. Sal, the GM of the store greeted me when I came in and set me up with product specialist Jordi. Jordi was extremely knowledgable about the truck and asked me all of the right questions about what I was looking for in the vehicle. He was able to find me the 2021 Limited Nighshade Edition and after testing driving we sat down to finalize the deal. They took my Audi in on trade and paid off the outstanding loan. In the end I walked out with a brand new truck and cut my monthly payment in 1/2! I would definitely recommend Hillside Toyota to any of my friends and family. It was a very straight forward process and not all the back and forth typically experienced at dealers. Jodi asked what he could do to earn my business and I told him the deal I wanted and he made it happen. Definitely a happy customer.

I personally don’t have issue with the dealership. But the reception is something that we see as a customer. Even I had appointment I went there I was just hanging around for 20 minutes then I spoke to a gentleman. Then since they re getting their vehicles sold I think they least care about customers. It’s completely fine. Google asked for review. I have share my experience. I personally no issues with the dealership. You guys rock !!
